I had a frustrating stay at this hotel. The room was far too small for two people and uncomfortable, with old furnishings and cleanliness issues. On a positive note, the location was convenient for nearby shops and restaurants, which was a plus. However, the overall experience was disappointing.

The experience was mixed; while the location was convenient and the room change improved our stay, the initial room was quite disappointing with cleanliness and comfort issues. The amenities were basic and not up to par with what I expected for the price.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The cleanliness issues and the condition of the furniture were disappointing. We spent five nights over Christmas in a three-bedroom apartment and had mixed experiences.
